obsession with the 2011 civic sedan hi all so i am majorly obsessed with the shape 2011 civic sedan if i could get all the specs of a 2018 civic in the body of the 2011 i would be like totally gushing on myself lol. so what i want to know can i actually convert a 2011 to be almost like 2018. i mean like taking off the side mirrors and putting on mirrors with blind spot detection and also adding a back up cam and GPS. be honest with me guys and yes i know am i a bit crazy but i just love the shape of that car its just so sexy.

Just kidding, welcome. Yes some things can be added like a GPS and back up camera. You will need to have the head unit replaced for one with a screen. As far as blind spot monitoring idk how that would be integrated into the car unless there is an aftermarket solution which would probably look like crap.

Aftermarket has much of that.....of course there is a price.....and the accessories may not be exactly what you imagined

Lol funny Golnet. But I think the hardest one is the blind spot. How about I just get like 2018 side mirrors and replace them lol. Ok an even crazier question you think it’s posible to find a brand new 2011 civic sedan in this day. I have been looking lol

I might come off as a bit nuts but I am obsessed with the shape of the 8th Gen Honda Civic sedan but obviously I would luv the features of a newer model. So based on my reach I think I can put the rear end of a 2011 sedan EX-L and then put it on a 2015 sedan ex-l. What do u think? Other than am crazy 😂

Lol yes you are a little crazy but it a sexy car!!
11-15 was the same generation so some parts may be interchangeable but I’m not sure what. As far as slapping on 2018 mirrors that won’t work. Even if the mounting was the same you would have to intergrate it into the car system. I’m sure there is a way with some customization in both wiring and body work.

06-11 is 8th gen
12-15 is 9th gen
They are very similar but dont know if you can swap parts from11-15 without a lot of modification

Yea so maybe just the swap the rear end would be better so I can get hat sexy shape of the 2011 with newer fears that the 2015 would have it would take care of my GPS n blind spot needs and have nice things like heated seats. I also want to get custom likes and a custom door LED logo.(am on cloud nine saying all this lol lol)
