i got my 2010 honda civic




i wanted to protect the door sill area.


I was debating getting carbon fiber door sill film or foil..


Any experience if it lasts good?



Anyone know where to get it from, I been searching but all choices lead to china.


is there 3M roll ..??

you can buy 3m carbon fiber wrap vinyl for that. avery makes a nice one as well. vinyl is not indestructible. any brand will fail with a little abuse. the "clear bra" protection film will handle a bit more abuse. i usually buy wrap vinyl from metrorestyling.com because they sell small amounts and i have never needed a $1500 roll.
i would not buy the amazon stuff. i have tried a few brands and i have had issues with several of them. peeling, shrinking, cracking, being too hard or easy to remove, leaving glue, etc. avoid hexis brand like the plague. they were the worst i tried

hmmmm i like 3m, but i kinda like the dragon plate..
i would have to cut it.. this is strictly for door sill protection...?/



did you make it work?



i cant find good plastic door sill, they dont cover the edge basicly they are useless.
with this stuff i can cover the edge and cut it to spec.
