Rep Power: 0 Anyone know where I can get my kti installed for a good price?
Hey I live here in Rhode Island and I was wonderin if anyone knew of a good place in RI or in Mass to get a kit installed. I jsut bouhgt a Xenon Body Kit, but everywhere I go is asking me 1000 to install it? Is that too high or should I just go to one of these places. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Rep Power: 394 I think you could stand to install it yourself. All you really need is to get it painted. If you're not the type of person to DIY, then you might want to consider having someone like myself do it with you. I'm very knowledgeable with this sort of stuff. The Xenon replaces the whole bumper; which I've taken off many a time. Just ask Krepoort or Blk4Blk2k1; both of which I helped. All I would ask for would be a small fee to help you install it. You name it, I'll help you do it.

Rep Power: 394 Yeah, sure. No problem. It's probably not tough to do at all. The front is definately going to be easy. I've done the front many many times. The sides are probably going to be stuck on with double sided sticky tape and some screws on the sides. Is the back the whole bumper or just a valence? The whole bumper, right? That's not a problem either. I see all of the screws back there. Actually, the back is probably easier than the front.

Rep Power: 363 Tigrus: Grey definitely has mad skills when it comes to removing the bumper.. I'd trust him (have already).
Grey: Thanks for those extra clips you had, I pulled my bumper off yesterday to install my projectors and I used your method of removing the clips. Not 1 broke off...

Rep Power: 0 Indeed he does! But for safety's sake...for the love of all things holy, don't forget to keep your alarm off when removing the bumper! I found out the hard way helping krepoort and grey remove krepoort's bumper that it can be a painful experience if you don't and it goes off!
I'm willing to help to as well

Rep Power: 394 No grill huh. You could stop by either Home Depot or Lowel's. They'll probably have aluminum mesh there. Might not be specifically for automotive use, but as long as it's aluminum it'll be allright. What about hardware? Did you get any screws or washers or clips?

Rep Power: 394 So yeah, just let me know if and when you'de like to install it. I don't live too far away. I live in Shrewsbury, MA. It's right next to Worcester, MA. For you it's probably an hour drive. Maybe a little more.
