Anyone else have a problem sometimes when you walk away. Instead of Auto-locking, it does this 4-5 beeping sound and stays unlocked. Any solutions or know why this happens?

Do you know the location of your 2nd keyless fob ??

It's in my bedroom upstairs in my house. I'm pretty sure it's too far though since I park my car on the street. Does the 2nd one affect it?

Can you duplicate it at the dealership ??

Two things I have noticed. Assuming you haven't left the engine running.....


1. if you walk away from the car too fast, you can trigger the beeps.


2. if passengers are exiting the car, and you have walked out of range before the last door is closed, you will get the beeps.

Mine does that sometimes, I have to go back and open and close the driver door then it sets.

Sometimes it doesn't work, there are repeated beeps after closing all doors and doors have to be lock by remote. Most of the time it works ok.
