AEM and INJEN intakes make noise and power (according to dyno charts).
According to people, short ram decreases power in the beginning, but from 3000rpm+ you will gain power.
The main turn off of SRI (short ram intake) is that it draws HOT air from the engine bay..
not good.
No matter how much you ask, most people will say go with "Cold Air". Then you have to choose... AEM or Injen? AEM is usually more expensive because they are C.A.R.B. , but then Injen is cheaper and it draws cold air from the bumper (a true cold air intake). Anyway...
I say you stop asking more questions and just go with an Injen Cold Air Intake w/ a bypass valve. www.tornactive.com or www.ptuning.com
