What short ram intake short for an 03 honda civic?

I have a small budget anything 120$ and below is my range. I'd love something AEM or K&N but I am trying not to break the bank. Any suggestions on a great Short ram intake on an 03 honda civic ex. Maybe an off brand/ebay brand that's good quality?

Grab an eBay pipe and slap an AEM dryflow filter on it

I was thinking about this. I want like a polished white pipe and an AEM filter. Does the pipe contribute much? like it's design and such or is the filter more important?

As xriceboyx said, grab any intake and slap an AEM filter. It is self explaining which one matters

Remove huge black box from over the transmission, leave the stock air filter box in place with stock filter attached to the engine.
