NextGear intake Manifold Gasket
Whats up, anyone ever heard about the NextGear intake Manifold Gasket? Ive read about it on ephatch.com and clubrsx.com . Those guys are claiming it makes like 5-8 HP for a simple 60 dollar mod.
Is there any truth to this? Does this gasket really lower intake temperatures by preventing heatsoak of the intake manifold? Does the D series one work for our cars?

I have Hondata img and it's basically same as nextgear img.
Lowers intake mainfold temperature, that's about it.
Can't feel any differences. duh.
Such a minor gain.
It was good investment, k series im gets very hot.

It won't do anything anyways.... the IM is plastic, the K20 IM is cast metal. Plastic won't conduct heat like metal does, so a gasket to block the heat transfer does nothing.
