Here's my best advice, screw the aftermarket intake - waste of money on an automatic. Just remove your stock airbox and trust me you'll be a happy camper. I checked it all out and removed mine, drove in pouring rain and on dusty roads. Your intake will draw air in from the side and up through the Honda filter into the manifold and she will sound sexy doing it. I'd like to say I felt power gains, but I have no proof of this, so the only next best thing to do now is to get a CF hood with slots for cooler air flow.

An after market intake is good if you are doing the show scene thing and want a nice peice under the hood instead of the crappy looking plastic stock deal.

Aftermarket air filters like K&N do not filter air as well as stock, and thus more dirt gets into the engine.
