Question 2004 Honda Civic DX VP Mods ?

Ok im sorta new to this im mainly more into the truck scene and probably going to sound like a ricer but my friend bought a 2004 Honda Civic VP and he wanted to know what mods can he do to the car , also the car doesnt have a tachometer and is it possible to swap the cluster from a EX model ? Also its an automatic transmission lol . So what mods do you guys recommend for it

1.) Sticky tires. Get a set of summer tires on a nice light wheel.
2.) Drop it!! Skip springs and go to coil overs.
3.) Rear sway to help it be more neutral.
4.) Poly bushings.
5.) Exhaust cause it has to sound decent. HKS is what I like, see signature.

Engine mods are available like, intake, headers, exhaust but they don't net much power.

Your friend purchased a car known for reliability but a turd for power. Paint flames on the hood and sides to make it look faster...lol

I would go opposite, strip down the car to get it as light as possible. Adding paint is only going to slow it down further..
