Header Help

I recieved my 4-1 ceramic header and i cant figer out how to get the 2 spring bolts out from the lower mount. Did u go under the car to take the bolts out or did u just take the nuts out from the top.

did you bust your knuckles trying to get the two nuts off from the top?? i did too till i found out there welded on. you need to get under the car and take the two bolts out that way. i had to use an air gun but once i did it was a snap. if its the dc sports header that i have you will enjoy the added low end torque. good luck.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]and when you get done with that enjoy one of these[IMG]i/expressions/beer_yum.gif[/IMG]

Rep Power: 0 i guess you could do it from the top but the way its supposed to be done is from the bottom, taking the bolt out slowly relieving the pressure off the spring instead of taking just the top nuts off and and having the bolt and spring shoot off.......goodluck, hope this helps
