Hey im still waiting for next week only problem is i wont be able 2 stay very long snice i must travel 2 Arizona that night. Oh yea also i had someone clear my headlights and i cant wait 2 get my rear lights and my gauges installed now after that its time 2 work on the engine all i want for Christmas is for someone 2 make a turbo or supercharger for 2k1 civic and i will be a happy driver lol

Rep Power: 0 I have some bad news [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG], I''m still going to be able to go on saturday, but I don't know if I'm going to have my Civic, if I'm going to have a rental, or the unspeakable I'll have my Crown Victoria [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-puke.gif[/IMG]. My Civic was diagnosed with faulty synchros today, the plastic along the bottom of the windshield was warped, my door seal was defeative and for some reason or other the dealer also said I needed a new power window setup [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]. They've ordered all my parts and he said that they SHOULD have them by tuesday and that it SHOULD take two days to repair everything. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]
The only thing I don't get about the whole problem is why they're still letting me drive my car after they diagnosed it with faulty synchros. Everyone cross their fingers for me.

Rep Power: 0 By saying synchros I was just abbreviating synchronization gears, which are in the transmission, their main job is to prevent your gears from crunching while shifting and to lock the output gear to the output shaft. So my synchro isn't working and its causing my gears to crunch on occassion and it's throwing my car out of gear too.

AL, i have no idea how to help ya man. but uh, i think the cables should still run to the dash... just don't hook up anywhere... cause my friend had a ford tauras and he put in a new dash and all ths shizznits were there he just had to hook them up. (he had a dash w/o tach and replaced it with one that had tach) so, i know henry and the japenese don't really think the same... but uh, i think they might have some of the same phylosophys on makin cars... i dunno. whatever. late and GOOOOOOD LUCK!.
