How do I modify a d15b motor

I am looking for a somewhat cheap way to achieve more h.p. from my 92 h.p. d15b motor.I read somewhere out here that someone put a homemade turbo on one and got 225 h.p.I would like to get more without the turbo but if not how does someone build a home made turbo?I would appreciate any sugestions on what I can do.Thanks.
