I ran into the same problem Years ago. Your new brake pads won't fit

in the calliper bracket probably because the calliper bracket and shims are rusty

and need cleaning.? take the calliper bracket off take the inside shims off and

make sure you thoroughly clean any rust away with a wire brush put every thing

back if the brake pads still won't fit.? its because Your using an aftermarket Pad

no worrys..! heres a trick i Learned to Fix that. file the ears on the ends of the

brake Pads just enough that they slide back and forth on the calliper bracket

then when it slides easily back and fourth grease the ears and put them in

found this video from my files for You... Remember too take Your time You

You will get it to fit right as good as using an OEM sized brake Pad

Re: pads wont fit help!

No Problem... i have always used aftermarket brake pads i.e.
monroe, Ate, Jasper. etc...

what i notice when using aftermarket brake pads even though they say on the

outside box OEM TO FIT Your make and model i found that all of the Ceramic

brake pads i bought didn't fit that way...? even after cleaning the entire calliper

bracket only ones that came close were the Ate brake pads even those i had too

file down a little to fit in. i think its due to the castings many are made in china

mind You the brake material itself is Excellent in Quality. No noise good Life span on

them though i just notice i gotta file every one in the Box every time

i buy them.. LOL did You change Your rotor discs too what kind did you use?
