There is a major difference between the two, one is essentially just motor, manifolds, fuel rail, and alternator. (this one)

The second is more of what your wanting to get for a couple of reasons, one you are running a D series motor, now someone correct me if I am wrong but motor series has to run along with the transmission series (unless your buy a converter, usually only done with H and F motors). Two, since you are converting to a B series motor a lot of the D series items dont bolt right up, hints why they call it a complete change over. Unless this dealer is super close to you, I would do some more searching for JDM motors. If you can find one close to you and save yourself the shipping it would be most beneficial (save you a few hundred). Plus they are a little pricey. I just did a quick search and found two more (complete swaps) for 2100 and 1900. Dont settle do some shopping. Google is your friend, pull up Google Maps and search for JDM motors. Youll find some places close to you.

Two places I found cheaper
