2000 Sir Turbo Daily Driver ?

I am coming into some money soon around 12-15k Canadian. i want to get a 2000 sir and boost

. my next question would be what turbo now i was thinking t3/t4 full turbo kit since my goal is to have a daily driver that pushes 400-425hp . If internal work is done and i get it tuned by a reputable tuner in the Toronto area would the car last me long and how much would it all cost estimated?
Mods i would want to do are as follows

5 bolt type R conversion with cross drilled rotor
(GSR) leather int
t3/t4 turbo kit
Full coil overs set up Tein
B16 motor w/internal work done
a boost controller

Advice on setup what i should do thanks in advance

dont waste your money buy a SIR and invest the rest

99 SIR ~6000 mint *** one .. talk the guy down be serious with cash ull get it

engine work ~4000
turbo kit -- depeding on custom or kit =~2000-4000

gauges+tune+miscelanoues+clutch+etc = ~1500

=~15500 AT most u should have a daily driver reliable ~350 whp car
