Boosting my h22 95 ex coupe?

Well ive came into sone money and i built it na at the moment but i hav a buddys whos integra just made 774hp 488tq... Nd it pulls harder than hell so now i gotta be spoolin ha but were gunna build a custom kit no bought ****... But im new to the honda scene... So give me some info plz

Start by selling the h22 and swapping in a b-series, no joke.

If you want to build a boosted h22 you absolutely must sleeve the block, which means having the engine out and at the machine shop anyway, so you might as well transition to something that's easier to build.

h22s are a lot of fun though If you have the $$$ to build them. All you need to do is get it sleeved and after that you can build away... While it's out you have the option to replace the pistons/rods etc. H22 is a tad heavy for a civic though.

Yea its a bit heavy but its a tq monster... Nd i want a good daily driver... Im spanking ls1 vettes camaros nd stangs rite now but i wunna put BUS LINKS in lol. Id b a slow built i am going to swp to an b series tranny bc the damn cables on the h series keeps breaking.

yeah, that sucks man. I wish I could give you some advice on why they keep breaking, but h22 swaps aren't very common so I don't know that much about them.

The weight discussions are really interesting though.

Not on 4th gen h22 motors, closed decks

Edit: you are right in away on the 97-01 motors open decks= trash for boost

Did you install the motor first or mount the shift cables first?
