Rep Power: 0 Ingalls Rear Camber Kit
When I first bought my car(1998 Civic Ex) it was lowered about 2.3 inches with just coil overs and I went through 2 sets of tires in about 6 months, I took it into my local tire shop and they said that I have toe only in the rear.
I'm currently sitting back at stock height and have been highly considering lowering it again but this time only about 1.5 inches. I want to lower it more proper then how it was lowered when I first got it so I don't chew through tires as fast.
I know for a 1.5 inch drop I don't really need a camber kit but I was also reading that you can buy an Ingalls rear camber kit and have the ability to adjust both the camber and the toe? Is that what I need to fix the toe?
Am I looking at the right Ingalls rear kit that can adjust both the toe and the camber?
Or is it this?
Any other tips on how to reduce tire wear would be greatly appreciated.

the first one is for the 7th gen (different animal)
not sure of the second one - did you select them by your car year?
read here:

then read here (mostly for the 7th gen, since i own one), but some items might relate to yours.
