Rep Power: 0 b+g coilvers or ksport which to buy?
Hey there everyone, I am wondering whether I should go with b+g coilovers or ksport. I have read good reviews on both, but at the moment I am leaning towards the b+g because from various reviews people have said they ride very comfertable and I also feel the design of the coilover is first rate in terms of the dual spring design. Does anyone know the exact spring rate for the b+g I know they are nice and soft but I havent been able to find the exact figures anywhere....I can get the ksports cheaper but only by 100 bucks, so if you were in my shoes which would you go with ksport's or b+g? BTW MY VEHICLE IS AN 05 LX

Rep Power: 0 Started the first one accidently in the wrong section, realized that and started a new one here.
Input please, if your just here to fill up the thread dont bother. I need to hear from people who actually have a working knowledge of coilovers and the em2 suspension.
Thanks

Rep Power: 0 id go with b+gs, but thats only because i have them and love them, im not sure how they compare to ksports. i ride really low with my b+gs, and theres very little sacrifice to comfort and bouncy, and overall ride quality.

Rep Power: 304 I have the Ksport on my 95 Accord sedan and I love them. Not bouncy and easy to adjust the height along with compression and rebound dampening. Also you can adjust the preload on the spring with out adjusting the ride height. I have the car setting about 1 1/2" off of the ground.

Rep Power: 0 I also have the B&G's!
They ride great! Honda2K4 and I got it from Ebay a lil' over a year ago?
I believe B&G stopped producing the S3's, and they came out with newer models, I think... but I haven't seen or heard any for our application. You're gonna have a tough time locating a new set of S3's, cuz back when I was looking for them, it was hard enough! Try asking the Vendors on here if they have any sets left in stock. You might have to look for a used set. If you do find them, you will need to purchase the 2001 upper mount and bearing. Also, since your car is is an 05 model, you will have to drill the bottom crash bolt hole 2mm bigger. Ask Honda2K4 about it, as he had to do the same thing because the suspension was changed 2004+ Civic models. Let us know how things come along, and we'll try to help you out.
