Hey all, newbie here!

I have searched, and searched my problem with no prevail! I have a 1996 civic, and recently while driving the headlights dim, while the dash lights brighten, meanwhile the radio stops playing, and the car loses just a tiny bit of power, then the battery light flashes on for a split second. This all happens randomly for different amounts of time, anytime the car is running. I bought a new battery, and the alternator test came back fine. I haven’t found any wiring issues yet. I’m stumped, what else could it be!? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
