98 civic ex electrical problems

98 civic ex electrical problems
Just bought a 98 ex. Car starts, ruins and drives perfect. ...but diagnosing the electrical issues is killing me. Any help would be appreciated. Here's the list:
Tail lights won't turn off
cluster lights won't turn off
intermittent drivers window
loud constant beep when i pull the key out of the ignition. Only goes off with the door closed.
Seems to me like way too many separate issues to all have their own separate causes. Please help! Toes of disconnecting the battery every time i stop somewhere!
Also, no CEL codes other than o2 sensor

Beeper is on because the lights are on.
intermittent drivers window
Hold the switch on and swing the door open and shut. If the window stops and starts as you swing the door, it's broken wiring.
