Paint: DIY or seek professional

So I have two dings; one on the hood and the other on the driver's side door handle. Both are down to the metal, thanks to a rock and coworker. Not sure if I can do it by myself.

I also have two gouges in my front bumper from being attacked by a curb; twice. You cannot see them unless you are on the ground, but I know they are there. Thoughts on how to fix these?

well you could sand down the gouges on your front bumber with a high grit sand paper and then buff it to shine and for the dings you might be able to sand those down as well and buy some touch up paint and then buff it all up
