Rep Power: 0 2002 Civic Sedan LX Power Windows Problem
hello everyone,
new member here.
I've 2002 Civic Sedan LX & left rear side (behind driving seat) power window switch is not working any more, i can control the power window from driving side control panel without any issue.
so i thought it must be the switch, i went & bought a new switch from honda but same issue,
i clean the female connector which goes in to the switch, in-case if pins are not making contact but no luck.
i did search on the forum, but didn't know which fuse to check, there are many, i check couple of yellow fuse marked as 20, they are good.
please advise, thank you for chip-in
(I'm sorry i'm repeating the question which been asked already)

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: 2002 Civic Sedan LX Power Windows Problem
It is not a blown fuse.
You could have swapped the window switch from the other rear door to test with.
------------------------------------------------------
It has probably broken a wire in the door jamb where the wire harness has to flex when the door is opened and closed.
It can be checked with a volt-ohm meter, a wiring diagram, and some work.
(Or peel the rubber cover back and tug on each of the wires.)
The door harness is pretty damn cheap to buy, and not real tough to replace if it is really bad.
Left rear door harness is #13 here:
