2004 civic rear speaker removal

My rear speakers are blown in my 04 civic. Do the speaker grills just pop off for speaker removal? Or does the rear package tray need to be removed? How do you remove either or both? Also if I replace the front door speakers do I just have to remove the door panels? Thanks

Theres a DIY on this website on how to remove the rear deck
and no, the grills do not just "pop off", you have to remove the entire deck

please search first next time
