What'sthe best speaker setup?
I want a system that will be loud enough to hear all the words with 2 12's bumping I think I want components in front and some good speakers in the rear. Is 3 way speakers louder than 2 way and what are some good brands INFINITY,ECLIPSE,MB QUART?

No speakers are the best..
It's all in the install and how much power you feed them.
Sound deadening your doors or installing the speakers in kickpods can make it louder due to reduced cancellation.
If you some speakers that'll scream like crazy grab up some Boston Acoustics Pro Series components and give them about 200Wrms each side.
If your more budget oriented Grab some Focal Polyglass components and a good amp.

MB Quarts sound friggin nice and clear, but the midbass isn't too strong. Whatever you decide, I must suggest that you get nice component speakers for the front. The back/rear fill really doesn't matter as much.

Tre.... I beg to differ. Quarts have strong mid range bass and lack low end bass (hense why you get a nice JL W6 for quality not a w7 but thats another discusion) The MB Quart QSD fix this, however; They come with the High (Tweeter) Mid Range (Woofer) and Low End (Woofer). They are by far the most amazing speakers on the market. Also, there is a chance - And I never thought of this before but I work for a company outta Hazleton PA we sell MB Quart, JL Audio, Xtant, Eclipse, Kicker, and various other companies. We also do DJ equipment and lighting as well as home stereo stuff (Denon, Mission, Kef, Technics) We tend to only carry the higher end products. We have sponserships from companies such as Denon, Kicker, and JL Audio... Maybe I can get a group discount on some things for you guys. Intrested?
obtix, coul;d you possibly clarify? maybe tre too, cause i think this is a simple problem mased on a misunderstanding of each other's terms.
so why dont each of you tell us all what frequency reange you mean when you say "high" "midrange" Midbass" "Low End", and i think that you will find that you are both preaching to the choir
and if not, whoever is really right or wrong will become VERY clear pretty quick
