How big of an Amp should I run?

I am buying 2 10" JL audio subs, and I am looking for what watt amp I should buy to run this... also while on the topic. I have an Eclipse 5442 HU.
Is this strong enough on its own to power the front and rear speakers (excluding the subs) or should I get another amp for those too?
please help.

deck outs are fine for speakers.

for JL 10's, it depends on the woofers. w0 you want low power, 100-200 watts, w3 like 300ish watts or so, w6 can take a brutal amount of power...

i dont suppose you got 2 JL10w7's ;p

Match the rms power rating of your speakers to the rms output of your amp
