Which head unit install kit for a single din do I need that works with the EX SE coupe?

This is the kit I used:

My 2005 is not an EX but it is an SE, Canadian version. Should work for yours.

Also, pick up a harness so you don't have to cut the factory harness:

With that you can just take the harness for the aftermarket radio and connect it to the Metra harness outside of the car, then test fit and test radio functionality. If all is well then put everything back and you're good to go.

Dash Kit: 99-7899

Harness: 70-1721

Just search for those numbers. Or you can search by vehicle and look at Kits & Harness Into Car.

These are for the EX 1.7 litre. The kits are the same for the DX/EX as the dash is the same.

The dash kit has the pocket below the headunit so you can throw stuff in there and the harness saves you from having to cut the factory wiring harness. It'll save you time and headaches.

Mine has the factory 6-disc in-dash changer/MP3 player.

Don't we have to buy the dash panel version for the non-special edition so that these kits will work?
