Kenwood KDC-MP919 MP3 Head Unit - any good?
ive been looking for a good mp3 headunit to get, and the kenwood kdc-mp919 looks like it has all the features i want plus some cool features i didnt know i wanted until i saw them on the spec sheet (like a viewing angle adjuster, that would be great since ive heard people complaining about the angle the head unit faces in the 7th gens). the only problem is, i cant find any user reviews of it. anyone on here have one or know anything about it? i like to know the bad things before i buy something, the good is easy to find out, but the bad is better to know before you buy something

well i guess itll be up to me to review it, i just put in my bid in an ebay auction for one. its a dutch auction with 12 of them and im the only bid so far, so i should win. gonna be getting it for $347 + 17 shipping
If you don't really care if it is flashy or not I would definitely go with that one. The kenwood excelons look a little nicer but seem to have the same power stats. I have the Z828 MP3 and love it. It is similar to the 2002 X959 as far as features. I think you will like it. Good find.

i was looking at the z828 when crutchfield had it for 400, but they stopped carrying it and i didnt like any of the other models they had, so i went searching and found this one. i think im gonna love the motorized flip-down/removable face, if it were a manual flip down face, i probably wouldnt ever bother with it, this way i wont have to think about it plus its black so it will blend in great with my black interior when its flipped down, but i can also remove it if i park my car in a bad area (which wont happen very often if at all, hasnt happened yet)
