SONY HEAD UNIT quick question

just a quick Question

How do I get it off Demo mode? I cant remember (already tried but probably didn't hold it long enough) which button to push and for how long.... lost the instructions booklet somewhow....

should be an option when you hold down the menu button when the decks off
