Is Rammatt supposed to be gooey?
I got a roll a while back and it seems to stick ok, but not as good as Cascade VB2 (which I used previously) and this stuff is very gooey.
Is this normal?
Also, what happens to this stuff when it's 115F outside and 140F inside?
