AUX, iPod, iPhone adapter installation for Honda Civic 2006-2011

Video instructions on how to install the adapter that integrates Honda Civic 2006-2011 factory radio with iPhone or iPod. The same instructions apply if you want to connect any generic AUX kit available on the market.

Using modern iPod car kits you can control iPod/iPhone directly from Civic radio controls or from the steering wheel. For example, you can change songs, change playlists, use random button. In addition automatic pause of your iPod or iPhone when you turn off the radio or turn off your car.

When purchasing the iPod/iPhone kit on the internet, make sure that this kit supports both 5V and 12 Volt charging. There are some kits on out there that don't support 5 Volt and cannot charge latest iPhone 4 or iPod nano 5th generation.
Good luck,
Max
