K20 in my lx 09 civic

So I want to do a swap but I'm moving to SoCal here soon. I was wanting to put the K20z3 and the 6 speed from the 09 Si in. What all needs to happen for it to run right and be legal in california? Does it drop right in? Thanks!

Could be a huge problem. Thoroughly research their emissions regulations before you commit to anything
