H series motor question (JDM vs USDM) 
Here's a question for the Honda engine experts out there. My brother has a 1992
Prelude that orginally had the USDM H23A1 engine. That engine died so we shopped for
a new one. The new one we found was a JDM H23A. I have looked everywhere on the internet and can't find any reliable specs. Some sites say this motor came in the Japanese Accord SIR, rated at 200bhp. Anyone have any different information?
