i had that problem also, its easily solved by going to pep boys and getting another donut ruber hanger, place it in between the piece that is rubbing and the old hanger, then use duct tape to secure it . not a big problem

Duct tape nice! You can also see if its to tight to the bumper or just incorrect installation. Just rebend the pipe so it fits. Loosen it up and wiggle it around if you got the tools.

I've got the same problem myself, waiting for some nicer weather to go out and fix it.
I'll have to try that Panda

It's probably hitting the rear sway bar due to vibration. I would try to find a thick peice of rubber to place on the contact point. You should be able to figure out where the contact is being made. It will leave a visible mark on the area.

Remember that whatever is placed in the area is going to encounter extreme heat.

you could use exhaust wrap around the section of exhaust that's contacting the rear sway bar. that should do it. i have the same problem. when the weather breaks here i'm going to do the same thing.
