03 civic manual boot conversion

03 civic manual boot conversion
does neone have the DIY for the manual boot converion for an auto 2003 civic..i want to do it like the 01 and 02 but my console is different any one have suggestions or places i could go to find this out...? thanx
ok mr "My car is newer than yours".
1) On each side of the cup holder (aka flip lid area), there are slim blade like panels. They are clipped on by little metal clips (that're used throughout the dash/car. Carefully pull those off.
2) Above the cup holder (the flip lid, same ****). Remove that whole panel, it's the one with the slots for buttons, also cig/12v power source. That is also clipped and 2 other slots that attach to the main dash board. Take that off.
3) Then follow the instructions from the 01-02 boot removal. Alrighty? Not much difference

yah this has to be one of the easiest mods. it makes the automatics look so much cleaner. esp, with aftermarket *****. ppl are gonna give you **** for having a "wannabe manual" so be warned.

The part you are looking for is illustration # '5'. that's the manual shift boot set. That's probably the only parts you'll need to order, if you have the 2003 automatic console. The 2002 consoles look the best imo. The 2003s have that whacky raised arm rest part.
