Intake help?!?

I am looking at getting an intake for my 02 EX. I have looked at AEM, INJEN, K&N, and those no name one's on ebay. I have tired to find some test that compare the kits and haven't found anything. Anyone have any suggestions on which one to go with?

born2xLr8 will become famous soon enough
It's hard to say...everyone says and likes different intakes for different reasons. Check the group buy forum for some great deals. You just missed the K&N FIPK II group buy.

I would get it based on how good it looks to you. Sound is pretty similar, and there is hardly any gain. I like AEM, since I got a plain silver one to match the car.

I want it for looks and for what performance I can get out of it. This is the first of many things I plan to do to my car. What is the biggest difference between the CAI and a regular short intake other than where it sucks in the air from?

I have had both AEM cai and the AEM short ram. CAI sucked!!!!!! whats the point of having a Cold Air Intake when our plastic throttle body is over 150 degrees?

I am much happier with my short ram. Its louder than the CAI

to AEM short ram!

I haver an injen CAI and I love it. The cold air intake pulls air from near the fron bumber of the car. The SRI pulls air from around the engine compartment. I like my CAI and if needed I can make it a SRI because it is a two piece
