AEM air filter

Does anyone know where I can order a new K&N filter for the Cold air intake? I've had mine on there for about a year and a half now and it looks pretty black.

I just installed my intake last month, so I've got a while before I clean it, but how long do you think I should wait. Like every 6 months? year?

That's way too much. I'd say clean it around every 10 000 - 15 000 miles or so. Actually a mechanic told me that the dust that accumulates in the filter actually helps filtering incoming particles. You just don't want too much on it.

It also depends where you live. You could live in a state where there's a bunch of dust (like New Mexico or Arizona) so you might wanna clean it around every 6 months to a year. Otherwise, yeah, you could wait every 10000 - 15000 miles.
