You do not loose enough to consider it. Unless you look at torque curves. Then you will notice differences.

I did it on my old civic and added a turbo mufler as the guy called it and 2 inch piping out and a exhaust end. I noticed I had a little more go up hills but other then that nothing and a cool noise
