a truly clean civic

i was browsing through some import sites and found this clean civic.
the link to the site is found below. i was wondering if anyone can
help me out in trying to find out what kind of front kit this car
has. i tried to find out by looking at the parts section, but i did not
succeed. maybe someone can tell me cuz i really like this front kit.
i know it's hard to tell because the picture is a side view of the car
but i'm sure someone should know. this is definitely a clean looking car.
never seen a yellow 2k1 civic before.

Car looks sweet all around. Don't see a problem with the front bumper. carbon fiber good looks good on it also.

thanks kurupTLX for the added picture and confirming that the front was a tec. it does look good from the side but i think the front looks kinda funky. i'm not digging how the front looks. but how much is that tec bumper anyway? and is it fiberglass?
