DX vs LX/EX Door handles

DX vs LX/EX Door handles
I was just curious what the differences were between the DX door handles and the LX/EX door handles. Are they a different texture/material, or are they the same, just black? I really don't like the cheesy look of the DX door handles, however, I'm going to get my car painted a nice, clean blue color. Would it look bad if I did the door handles the same color if I got a DX? Thanks all!
And yes, I know it's a very trivial factor, but sometimes my OCD gets the best of me.

Would it look bad if I did the door handles the same color if I got a DX?
When I had my truck painted, I had them paint the black plastic door handles at the same time.

You can also change out the door handles so that the texture matches better.
That way it wouldn't look weird when you're looking at it up close. You know, with the OCD and all hahah
