What do you think of neons
Thinking of putting green street glows on my Silver coupe. What do you think about this combination, or what do you think about neons in general?

Because anybody who knows anything about cars knows that torque is what really matters [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]. You can have all the ponies you want, pounds of torque is what i want. But for now I'll go ahead and put some neons on my car.

Rep Power: 392 do the white ones actually glow white(like the one in the crunch commercial with shaq) or are they yellowish(like the stock headlight) or are they blue-ish(like piaa lights)

i can't say i speak for everyone, but for the most part i think it is safe to say that when a question is put up about neons the person is either the dumbest noob around(prolly not the case-even noobs aren't that stupid) or they want to know about appearance and really couldn't give a rats a$$ about horsepower. but if it makes u feel better u just keep on posting those brilliant comments!

Rep Power: 0 I don't like neons personally. If I consider anything to be rice it would be the neon lights. It just looks childish to me or something. That's just my opinion however, so if you like them, then get enough neons to light the world. To each, his own.

Rep Power: 0 Not a fan of Neons, they are rice in my mind, unless you have a show car or something but in my ride I never show off just a daily driver I go cruising maybe once in a blue moon. But if you like em and have extra cash go for it, its your car do what you want.

Rep Power: 0 I have green neons and plan to post pics this weekend if I can figure out how to do it. Not computer illiterate so shouldn't be so tough. For all you posers out there hating on neons back off because there are much more proactive things you could be doing.

the white ones should glow white... like if you go into a bar and see all the white neon signs, that's what it should look like.. I think they would look sweet....
But i have a black car with purple neons

There's an idea, get some old beer signs and stick under the car. Cheap neons.

I got blue neons for my blue ride, im gonna add white ones as well so when i throw them on it wil be........blue AND white!!! looks sweet as hell blue though. They didnt have the whites in when i went, so next week or so il get them added.
