Rear splash guard on 03 civic
Hey
I got an 03 civic, but my rear bumper seems to be missing a spash guard underneath it. Is that how it comes from factory? If not, where can i get one? I live in NY and driving in snow clogs that area up badly. The worst part is the salt that accumulates on all the parts there, especially the muffler. Need to fix.
Any help will be appreciated.

yea, it's bare under there stock. Only the front has the splash guard.
