I heard they were about 450 for the adjustables and around 300 for the non-adjustables.

Tokico should offer a sport shock/strut that is non-adjustible and will probably be in the 60-70 dollar range. The adjustible ones are cool but I would never mess with them. Plus, I had some tokicos on a previous car that were like 60 bucks each, electric blue in color, and was very, very, pleased with them. They even had a lifetime warranty on them, not just for defects, but if you ever wore the shock out, they would replace it. However, doesn't apply if you have a car that is lowered more than 1inch I am pretty sure.

You will just end up buying Konis later on, trust me, much better shock.

Nah, never had a problem with the tokicos. Plus, I don't want adjustable ones either. I guess if I was going to autox or something I may go all out and get something really nice but not for the daily commute and certainly not for $550!

Why don't you like the tokicos?

mbow, I agree, I had tokico blues (what you had) on my last car and they were remarkable, I had a friend with identical suspension except he had koni standards, not much different but my ride seemed to soak it up better than his. All aftermarket shocks are created equal (minus coilovers).
