Ignition upgrade?

I'm looking for something to increase the spark on the civic.. naturally you upgrade the wires and add a jacobs ice pak.. but since this car has no wires.. what can I do?

I saw these things that replace the factory coils in the spark plug chamber, but now I cannot find them!!!

I found these for the mazda and nissan but not the civic!! They are called Direct fire something..

I would like something like this..

Any ideas where I can find this??

Thanks..

Ignition Solutions sells coils for our cars. Let me see if I can find the site........

Here you go....2001 Civic Coils

You can also get some good plugs...like Denso Iridiums or something.....

I think you can order them from that site...they are
expensive though for coils....like 400 dollars.

Generally guys not to put your hopes down but improving on ignition plugs, coils etc will basically give you maybe 3hp at the most UNLESS you are running a highly modified engine that benefits from increased spark due to timing corrections. Not saying its a total waste of money but if you dont plan on heavily modding your car i personally wouldnt recommend it.

How much were they? Where did you order them from? I am mostly interested if they give better response and if they add to your mpg like they say.

Good! Don't forget bro.. This is going to be one of the things I must have in my civic..

So far I have the Injen RD CAI, AEM pulleys, and DC header.. (All of those NOT installed yet.. ) waiting on aem cam gear, deciding on which catback system, debating over a vtec controller and now waitng for your opinion on thse things..
