Sedan upper grill
Sedan upper grill
I just got a new grill for my '01 Sedan, and searched the forums for removing the stock grill...is the grill removal the same for the sedan (pretty much all I can find) as with the sedan? Once I remove the radiator cover, can I just rip the old grill out if I don't care about saving the clips? I'd really like to avoid taking the bumper off if possible, and don't mind buying some new clips if I can just rip the grill off....the info I found in the search was a little confusing. Thanks in advance

you have to remove the bumper to remove the grill. the grill slides into the bumper and is held in by small screws that are only accessible once the bumper is removed. Trust me, save the clips, they arent cheap. 1 clip from honda is around $2. If you break 4 of them, thats about $10 including tax right there.
