Does anyone know of a performance chip being available for our Civics? I have been told they exist and cannot find them on the net.

No CHip per se.. but you can have your ECU reprogrammed by Jet Performance..

Look in the parts section in this site it will link you to it.. and plase in the future use the handy search feture..this question has been raised and answered many timesover..

Jet Chip...but it will be worth if u have lots mod done

i would go with the venom400...its a chip [sorta] u plug it in and it will give u 10 true hp.if u get jet to do ur ecu, u'll just end up spending 300 more next year when u put more mods on it.

so how does the jet chip work? you have to send them your own chip?

u have to send them the hole ecu for the jet chip...u would be with out ur car for a couple of days

there two type:
1-Silver SECU:
Comes preprogrammed with a basic forced induction tune.
Non adjustable. Settings such as revlimits and Clutch Cut must be specified when ordered.
Chip retunes are available for a small charge.
Recommended as an inexpensive retrofit for popular forced induction

2-GOLD SECU:
Comes as a complete 'plug and play EFI system'. Win95/98 3D tune software, several programs for uploading, and cables. Just plug in the ECU, and begin tuning with a laptop.
Has many of the special features and all settings are user adjustable.
Recommended for all Honda Performance Enthusiasts who wish to tune their turbo vehicle for more mileage, power, and reliability
