Rep Power: 0 Who told you this big lie? That's not true bro its legal. About injen and dc I say a intake is a intake the only thing is that if you get a cold air intake it will be better. Injen is lees$ than dc. I got a injen short ram but I plan to get the cold air intake and plan to use both you know when it rain's i will use the short so i won't f*** up the throttle body and everything else.

Rep Power: 0 Does the injen come in a different color besides red trimming? My engine is all white and blue and I don't think a polished intake with red trim would like right in there.

Rep Power: 303 I have the Injen CAI and personally, I felt more throttle response, plus you can hear it suck. It's not a huge difference, but intake is intake. I have seen Injen CAI in powdercoated blue also. I saw it at ebay.....so not too sure on the validity of it.....

Rep Power: 0 Just to let you know... you can get the injen CAI for autos in polished, red, or blue.. just check out the parts link on the page. I'm getting the blue one in the spring
By the way... did anyone install their CAI themselves... it doesn't seem that hard and if i can save an extra few bucks I would want to do it myself.. or with my car club.. We already installed a custom SRI in one car and a CAI for an auto eclipse...

Rep Power: 0 i'd go with AEM, you can get them pretty cheap at autospeedracing.com or call them and ask for jeff. i've istalled 4 intakes lately and had no trouble on my civic except i had to go buy a real deep socket(5/8 or 9/16 i think) to pull the bakup light bolt out of the tranny, but otherwise the instructions are pretty clear, took me bout an hour, hour and half

Rep Power: 0 I'm partial to the Injen.......nice sound, performance, and aesthetics........which is true for the aem intake as well. In other words, whichever brand you would rather have grace your engine bay is up to your preferences. Good luck!

Rep Power: 0 Go with Injen or AEM. Injen look sweat in a engine bay but so does the AEM SRI Blue. If you want polished go with Injen. Want color go wit the AEM. DC Sports isnt out yet. I think but I might be wrong.
