Rep Power: 0 Want to add new switch to dash of 2009 Civix EX Sedan
Installed fogs, work and look great. Right now I have the provided switch always on and stuffed in the engine bay as I can't see where I would install it. Do I need a piece that maybe replaces the small storage bin that has switch positions in it ?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Looks like EXL and SI got the switch panel that would go above your left knee.
You could swap out the DX-LX-EX cubbyhole for the switch panel, and use a Honda foglight switch in it from something else (would need 2 blank covers and you would have to find a switch that would fit and work)
If you are really crafty you could use a Honda turn signal/headlight/foglight switch unit that would have come with the accessory foglight kit and make it work.
