I just purchased a 2010 civic sedan. i had a 1997 acura 3.0 cl before that , with bose speakers that ripped! this civic has very bad quality speakers in comparison, and i want something loud, with good quality to jam to this summer.

i don't know what size speakers i need, but i'd like to know if u guys think i should get used bose speakers from other cars, or if oyu guys have any ideas about speakers that uve liked a lot(brand name, size) and if i get the size to match exactly, i don't need a harness correcT? please advise, thanks

If you are using the stock radio, I would suggest Polk Audio DXi525 speakers. I installed them in my 2006 Civic EX sedan with stock radio and I am very happy with them. They are the correct ohms for use with the stock radio.

Note: I am a casual radio listener who is not interested in making my entire car shake with tons of bass.
