Power Outlet & Passenger Lights Not Working

Power Outlet & Passenger Lights Not Working Recently got an 06 Civic LX Sedan and I noticed that the Power Outlet and the Passenger Lights (the lights that turn on when the doors open) doesn't work.
I checked the all the fuse and there wasn't any problem.
I found the wires next to it was changed. Apparently the owner before must have added something to the car which I don't know what. I'm going to my mechanic to see if he can fix it but I don't have the wiring schematics and he might not know what to do.
So if anyone knows the schematics or had the same problem or just knows what happened please tell me. Thank you!!
