NEWBIE question - Will these fit? Neighbours rims

Hi! Brand new here. Bought a used Civic 2015 (DX regular model). Now has 195/65r15.

Neighbor wants to sell me his "new" rims. But I don't see the markings for 114.3, and not sure if ET30 is correct or if I need new bolts.

Thanks for the NEWBIE help!

30 is a pretty low offset (stock is 45). Center bore should be 64.1mm. What car did he buy them for? Can you test fit them first?

He doesn't know.. i guess i can test them but worried they are too far out (rub fenders or hard on bearings...)

If your car is not lowered it should not rub the fenders. It will just look like this. Maybe not that extreme but you get the picture.
